Step-by-Step Toor Dal Processing Method

  • Pulses are oiled using edible oil. For this, mustard oil is generally used so that drying and then removal of dust can be enhanced. This oil process is written that after this, the drying process takes place in the hot air dryer. This dust is easily removed in the unit by collision. Now the pulses are passed through the vibrating screen separator module present inside the machine, so that the broken pieces can be separated.This entire process is done several times until it is completely removed.

Through this, direct assistance to 2 lakhs micro food processing units will be provided and they will get assistance in financial, technical, marketing and Branding Support. Along With this Indivual unit will get Credit Linked grant upto 35% Where Maximum grant is up Rs ₹10 Lakh in Which The beneficiary contributionn will be minimum 10% of the Project Cost. Group Support Like Marketing to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO), Self-Help Groups ( SHG), and Farmer Producer Cooperatives will also get Capital Investment, Training Assitant and Credit Grant of 35% is also provided for Self Help Groups (SHG) at Federation level will get an initial capital of Rs 40,000 per Member.Under this Scheme a Common Processing capacity, Laboratory, Incubation center, Warehouse, Cold Storage etc will get 35% credit linked grant for general Infrastructure.
