   All transactions are subject to mutual agreement between the buyer and Somnath Agri Impex, as well as product availability at the time of order confirmation.

2. Pricing
   Prices for all products may vary depending on prevailing market conditions, currency fluctuations, and logistics factors. Final prices will be communicated and confirmed before order acceptance.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
   Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled without prior written consent from Somnath Agri Impex. Any cancellation, if agreed upon, may be subject to applicable charges.

4. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
   We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver products on time due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, port congestion, strikes, transportation issues, or other force majeure events.

5. Jurisdiction
   All disputes arising from or related to any transaction with Somnath Agri Impex shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
